MEETING POINT AT BASECAMP GREY
Grey Lake is almost 17 kilometers long and 4 kilometers wide, has several capes, peninsulas, coves and is fed mainly by the glacier. Our excursions take you to the east side of the ice wall, where we have different spots for an unforgettable experience. From the water you have the possibility of finding yourself immersed in a unique landscape, surrounded by Paine Grande Hill, the Olguín Mountain Range, the glacier itself, among many other panoramic views.

THIS IS THE ITINERARY
Difficulty
For this activity we recommend some previous experience due to the unpredictable weather conditions of the place. Despite being a lake, it is subject to constant changes in wind speed, as well as rain and cold, so we consider it a medium-high difficulty activity.
Beginning of the excursion
Our daily excursions last approximately two hours and a half. To begin, we will give you a wetsuit, boots, waterproof jacket, helmet, skirt, life jacket and a paddle with built-in gloves. You will receive a safety briefing with necessary information such as how to paddle, how to act in different scenarios, the route to follow and weather conditions. Our first level certified guides will accompany you throughout the excursion helping, advising, answering questions and everything you need for an unforgettable experience.
Sailing on Lake Grey
We will sail in an area of icebergs, which often get stuck in the bay, forming an unrepeatable scenario. We will go to the east face of the glacier. The return is made by the same route, completing a total of almost 6 kilometers of paddling. The excursion includes a snack and hot drinks.
This activity has an age limit between 16 and 65 years.
Our activities, DO NOT include tickets to the Park and transportation.
This activity has a weight restriction limit of 103 kilos. This for safety issues aboard the kayak.
